“Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.”
– Brené Brown, Daring Greatly
As an Associate, I wear a few hats at Studio Dojo, and my role evolves with what the project or event needs. But whether I’m doing learning design, research, editing, or writing, I’m interested in how we can truly connect with others through words and ideas.
The question I live through my work is this: What becomes possible when we develop the courage and perspective to see and be seen?
The answers don’t come easily, and are harder still to put into practice. But in a world of rapid change and ambiguities that polarise and isolate us more than ever, I believe that vulnerability is what guides us back to each other.
