Ops Associate

The role of an Operations Associate is critical to the seamless execution of our trainings and events. Studio Dojo is looking for a meticulous and passionate individual who strives to create exceptional experiences for our participants. This is a full-time role based in Singapore.

YOUR SCOPE OF WORK

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute logistical arrangements for training and events to run smoothly, including venue booking, way-finding, catering, setup and teardown.
  • Develop detailed timelines and schedules for training and events, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget constraints.
  • Manage inventory, stock-check and make sure all necessary equipment, materials and supplies are in order for each event.
  • Handle participants’ enquiries, and related communications; ensuring participants are comfortable and well-catered to before, during and after the event.
  • Facilitate efficient registration process and trouble-shoot onsite issues.
  • Attend to relevant administrative duties.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

We seek individuals with:

  • Relevant operations experience in running training and/or events.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • At least a diploma/degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Service Design or related fields.
