This one-day hands-on workshop can provide you the fundamentals and principles of being a good facilitator supporting innovation or design thinking processes. You will observe how a facilitator’s own micro-actions may have (in)visible impact when bringing others through a problem-solving process; identify often-overlooked principles of facilitating divergent and convergent processes; and gain different tools for different stages of a design or innovation process.
